About Alvin Su

I’m Alvin Su — a social entrepreneur and digital strategist passionate about building inclusive, scalable impact at the intersection of technology, education, and small business empowerment.

My journey began in the intersection of law and communication, but evolved into digital strategy as I worked with top firms such as Tokopedia, GroupM Indonesia, and WPP Australia. There, I led digital campaigns, drove consumer insights, and advised some of the region’s largest brands—learning firsthand how data, creativity, and platforms could shift economies.

In 2024, I and my team build Karir Kebaikan and Indotransforma, a mission-driven initiative focused on improving digital literacy among youth and empowering MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises). Our model bridges these two groups—training underprivileged students in real-world digital skills, then connecting them with small local businesses that need hands-on support. The result is a cycle of mutual growth: youth gain employment pathways, and MSMEs become more resilient and competitive.

Today, I lead a team of passionate educators, technologists, and community builders across two training centers in West Java. We have supported 150+ MSMEs and empowered dozens of first-generation university students through part-time digital apprenticeships.

Now, I’m focused on scaling this model through blended learning, strategic partnerships, and a digital platform to reach even more underserved areas—especially across Southeast Asia and Australia.

My mission is simple:
To make the digital economy accessible for everyone—starting with youth and small businesses.
